The cement plant of Aktobe Cem LLP, according to the head of the region, will become an important link in strengthening cooperation between Aktobe region and China. The project envisages the development of a lithium extraction and processing facility in the Ulan District of the East Kazakhstan Region. It involves mining lithium‑containing ore and establishing a processing plant to produce lithium concentrate (lithium oxide) from the deposit.

The Khan Tengri Biopharma project involves the construction of a modern full-cycle biopharmaceutical manufacturing complex in the Alatau Special Economic Zone in Kazakhstan. The facility is designed to produce a wide range of pharmaceutical products using advanced manufacturing technologies. The plant is planned to manufacture 58 types of medicines, including 27 international nonproprietary names (INNs).

GreenLine. Prima is a premium residential complex under construction in Astana, Kazakhstan, targeting the business+ class market. The project features buildings of 7, 9, 18, and 20 floors, constructed using monolithic technology with modern gas-block walls and aluminum facades.

The project involves the construction of a new Coca-Cola Içecek (CCI) beverage production plant in Aktobe, Kazakhstan. The facility will become the fourth Coca-Cola Içecek production plant operating in the country. The project is being implemented by Coca‑Cola Almaty Bottlers JV LLP with the support of the Government of Kazakhstan and regional authorities.
