Service Agreement (Public Offer)

1. Offer

This public offer is made by IE B.BEISEU (BIN 860606400564), Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, operator of QazProjects.com. Payment for a premium subscription constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.

2. Subject

The service grants the subscriber access to premium features of QazProjects.com — in particular the involved companies and contact data of investment project records and the full business events calendar — for the paid period.

3. Pricing & payment

Subscription tiers: $499 / 3 months, $749 / 6 months, $999 / 12 months. Prices are shown in USD and charged in KZT via Kaspi Bank at the current rate. Access is activated after payment confirmation and runs for the fixed period without automatic renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Access is personal to the subscriber account. Automated collection, bulk export, resale or public republication of data is prohibited. Violation entitles QazProjects to suspend access without compensation.

5. Liability

Information is provided for business development purposes “as is”. QazProjects is not a party to, and bears no liability for, any transaction between the subscriber and third parties.
