About this project
Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov got acquainted with the progress of the project during his working trip to the Alginsky district. The cement plant of Aktobe Cem LLP, according to the head of the region, will become an important link in strengthening cooperation between Aktobe region and China. The plant is being jointly implemented by Aktobe region and one of the largest cement companies in the world — West China Cement.
