The Qostanay Grain Industry Plant is a forthcoming facility in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the deep processing of wheat. The plant aims to process 400,000 to 430,000 tons of wheat annually, producing high-value products such as amino acids, bioethanol, gluten, animal feed, and wheat bran.

The Lasselsberger Group, a leading Austrian manufacturer of raw materials, construction materials, and ceramic coatings, is investing in the construction of a plant dedicated to producing dry building mixtures, construction adhesives, and ceramic tiles in Astana, Kazakhstan. This initiative aims to bolster local production, reduce import dependence, and meet the growing demand in the construction sector.

AsiaChem LLP is developing an ammonium phosphate (ammophos) production plant in the Zhambyl Region of Kazakhstan. The facility is designed to produce 150,000 tons of ammophos annually, supporting both domestic agricultural demand and regional exports. The plant will focus on manufacturing amino acids, probiotics, and packaging materials, utilizing local raw materials, including 400,000 tons of corn and 500,000 tons of wheat annually. This initiative aims to bolster the agro-industrial and pharmaceutical sectors in the region.

The Novotel Kostanay project involves the construction of a new internationally branded hotel in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, located near the Kostanay Plaza shopping and entertainment center and the Tobol Arena sports complex. The hotel is planned as a modern mid- to upper-upscale hospitality facility designed to strengthen the city’s business tourism and accommodation infrastructure.

Sea Value Plc, Thailand's second-largest producer of canned tuna, plans to establish a fish processing plant in Kazakhstan. The facility will produce canned and processed fish products, as well as frozen semi-finished goods. Local fisheries are expected to supply raw materials, and the finished products will be exported to Thailand and other countries.
