Investment projects in Kazakhstan

Shenzhen Junhao Group plans to invest in Kazakhstan by constructing a multifunctional commercial complex. The project includes the development of three five-star hotels with a total of 2,000 rooms, a modern entertainment center, and a luxury retail complex featuring high-end brands.

The Novotel Kostanay project involves the construction of a new internationally branded hotel in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, located near the Kostanay Plaza shopping and entertainment center and the Tobol Arena sports complex. The hotel is planned as a modern mid- to upper-upscale hospitality facility designed to strengthen the city’s business tourism and accommodation infrastructure.

RAMS Beyond Almaty is a flagship mixed-use development project in the heart of Almaty, Kazakhstan. Designed as a premium 40-story multifunctional complex, it integrates luxury residences, high-class offices, a five-star hotel, commercial spaces, and panoramic public zones. The project aims to become a new architectural landmark of Almaty, contributing to the city’s positioning as a regional investment hub.

The Almaty Mountain Cluster (AMC) is an ambitious initiative by the Government of Kazakhstan to transform the Almaty region into Central Asia's premier year-round mountain tourism destination. The project includes the development and integration of several ski resorts, including Shymbulak, Oy-Karagai and Ak-Bulak, through the construction of new cable cars and infrastructure improvements.

FLOW Park is a modern recreational and sports park currently under construction at the intersection of Al-Farabi Avenue and Dulati Street in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The project aims to create a sustainable, inclusive urban space focused on promoting healthy lifestyles. The park will feature bicycle and jogging paths, street workout zones, children’s playgrounds, and landscaped relaxation areas.

The construction of a modern multi-profile center was launched in Petropavlovsk. The multidisciplinary center is being built by Turkish company YDA Holding. It will be located next to the new Kazakh Drama Theater named after S.

The Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC and Upstate LLP have signed a financing agreement and launched the implementation of an investment project for the construction of the four-star Radisson Turkistan Hotel in Almaty. 93 billion, of which DBK will finance KZT 7 billion, or 70% of the total. Construction works are underway in Medeu district on Makatayev Street.

In the Almaty region, a new city project — Alatau City — is being implemented. It is designed to connect Almaty with the regional center Konaev and will cover an area of 88,000 hectares with a length of about 70 kilometers. The city is planned to become an industrial, tourist, financial, and educational hub with a population of 2 million peopleand the capacity to attract 4 million tourists annually.

The project involves the construction of a major mosque designed to host up to 5,000 worshippers in the new residential district “Semey Smart City” in the city of Semey. The mosque will serve as one of the district’s key cultural, social, and architectural landmarks, built as part of the regional initiative “Abayğa Qūrmet”.
