Investment projects in Kazakhstan

The Aktobe Arena Stadium is a large-scale sports infrastructure project planned in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, with a seating capacity of approximately 34,980 spectators. The project is positioned as one of the most expensive stadium developments in the country, with an estimated budget of 65–70 billion tenge. It is intended to replace the existing central stadium and serve as the home ground for FC Aktobe.

Keruen Karaganda is a large-scale shopping, leisure and cultural centre planned in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. The project is positioned as a new-generation urban destination rather than a conventional retail mall. The multifunctional complex will cover more than 180,000 square metres and is expected to become the largest facility in the Keruen network and one of the largest complexes of its type in Kazakhstan.

The project involves the construction and development of ski infrastructure in the Central Zone of the Almaty Mountain Cluster in Kazakhstan. It covers the areas of Chkalov Peak, Sukhoy Log, Kimasar, Oi Qaragai – Pioneer and Pioneer – Butakovka. The planned infrastructure includes aerial ropeways, ski slopes, water-supply systems for artificial snowmaking, engineering networks and supporting mountain-resort facilities.

The Kolsai Lakes Cableway Project is a planned tourism infrastructure development in Kegen District, Almaty Region, Kazakhstan. The project is intended to connect Lower Kolsai Lake and Middle Kolsai Lake within the Kolsai Lakes National Park. The initiative is promoted by LLP “Company Stroy Industriya” and was officially mentioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan as a KZT 15 billion investment project.

Saya Park is a planned large-scale shopping and entertainment center in the Altyn Orda microdistrict of Aktobe, Kazakhstan. The project is positioned as part of a new business, cultural and public activity zone being formed in this part of the city. 6-hectare land plot.
