Investment projects in Kazakhstan

The Qazaq Soda project involves the construction of the first large-scale soda ash (sodium carbonate) production plant in Kazakhstan. The facility is being developed to reduce the country’s dependence on imported soda ash and to establish Kazakhstan as a regional supplier for Central Asia and CIS markets.

Construction of a new generation electrometallurgical plant is being implemented by Railways Systems KZ LLP, a leading member of Kazakhstan's railway engineering cluster. The enterprise will be located on an area of 100 hectares. Total investments will amount to about 500 billion tenge, capacity - 1 million tons of steel per year.

BASS Gold LLP is expanding its operations in the Ulytau District by obtaining a license to explore three new geological blocks directly adjacent to its producing Ushshoky gold deposit. 5 km². Exploration activities on these sites aim to identify additional gold reserves, which will allow the company to increase production capacity and extend the mine’s operational life.
