The Shymkent Oil Refinery Expansion Project is a strategic initiative aimed at increasing the refinery’s capacity from 6 million tons to 12 million tons per year. The modernization will enhance the production of Euro-5 standard fuels, including gasoline, diesel, and aviation kerosene, meeting Kazakhstan's growing demand for high-quality petroleum products.

QazESTA Fertilizer is a planned gas-chemical industrial project in Kazakhstan’s Mangystau Region focused on producing urea and ammonia. , a registered AIFC private company established in March 2025. According to the Government of Kazakhstan, the project is planned on the basis of a joint venture between QazaqGaz and ESTA, with Qazesta Fertilizers Ltd.

"Silleno" Polyethylene Plant Construction Project is a strategic initiative aimed at developing Kazakhstan’s petrochemical sector by creating domestic production capacity for polyethylene, which is currently fully imported. 25 million tons, with 20–24% supplied to the domestic market and the remainder exported.

The Innovation Complex "Sastobe" is a large-scale chemical production facility under construction in the Turkestan region of Kazakhstan.

The project entails the development of the Shalkiya polymetallic ore deposit, one of the world's largest lead-zinc deposits, located in the Zhanakorgan District of the Kyzylorda Region. The initiative includes the construction of an underground mine and a processing plant with an annual capacity of 4 million tonnes of ore.

The project involves the construction of a modern facility in the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan for the production of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a capacity of up to 735 thousand tons of PET per year. The plant will be supplied with 400 thousand tons of paraxylene per year from the Atyrau Refinery.

This is a large-scale industrial project to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant and a methanol plant in the Mangystau Region of Kazakhstan. The LNG plant is designed to be the first of its kind in Central Asia, with an annual capacity of about 145,000 tonnes of LNG, located on a 16-hectare site near the Port of Kuryk on the Caspian Sea. Adjacent to that, a methanol plant is planned with a capacity of 100,000 tonnes/year.

The project involves the construction of the largest chemical complex in Kazakhstan for mineral fertilizer production, with an annual capacity of 1 million tons. It is implemented by Zhanatas Chemical Complex, a sister company of the industry leader Kazphosphate.
