Investment projects in Kazakhstan

The “Palace of the Republic” is a large-scale state construction project planned in Astana as part of the city’s long-term urban development strategy. The project is initiated by the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is included in the updated master plan of the capital.

Keruen Karaganda is a large-scale shopping, leisure and cultural centre planned in Karaganda, Kazakhstan. The project is positioned as a new-generation urban destination rather than a conventional retail mall. The multifunctional complex will cover more than 180,000 square metres and is expected to become the largest facility in the Keruen network and one of the largest complexes of its type in Kazakhstan.

A+ Almaty Business Park is an elite Class A+ business centre developed by BI Group in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The project is located in one of the city’s key business areas, at the intersection of Al-Farabi Avenue and Seifullin Avenue. According to BI Group, the complex includes 45,000 m² of office and commercial premises, a 2,500 m² conference hall, 5,000 m² of retail space, and more than 800 parking spaces across two underground levels.

BION is a planned Class A+ multifunctional business ecosystem by BI Group on Al-Farabi Avenue in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The project is positioned as a premium commercial environment combining office space, retail, wellness, restaurants, cafes, event areas, family-oriented public spaces, and urban recreation.

The project is part of Almaty’s broader urban mobility modernization program, combining a confirmed LRT development package with a separate SkyTrain concept currently under planning and intergovernmental review. The documented construction component is “Construction of the First Phase of the 1st LRT Line in Almaty”, supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment package for the feasibility study.

The project involves the extension of Almaty’s first metro line from the under-construction Kalkaman station to the Barlyk market area in the western part of the city. It is planned as the third stage of the first line of the Almaty Metro and is intended to improve public transport access for the Nauryzbay District and the western urban growth zone.

The project is a next-generation Urban Air Mobility ecosystem planned for Alatau City in Kazakhstan. It combines eVTOL air taxi operations, vertiport infrastructure, charging and navigation systems, delivery drones, digital airspace management and future maintenance capabilities. The project is led by Alatau Advance Air Group Ltd.

Saya Park is a planned large-scale shopping and entertainment center in the Altyn Orda microdistrict of Aktobe, Kazakhstan. The project is positioned as part of a new business, cultural and public activity zone being formed in this part of the city. 6-hectare land plot.

The project involves the development of a large mixed-use residential and social complex in Qonaev, Almaty Region, Kazakhstan. It combines residential construction with facilities intended to expand access to rehabilitation, healthcare, education and family support services. The officially announced development site covers approximately 30 hectares.
