About this project
Sarens is planning to develop a logistics and commercial hub near the Khorgos / Nur Zholy border area in Kazakhstan’s Zhetysu Region. The project is designed to support freight flows between China, Kazakhstan, Central Asia and Europe. The planned hub covers approximately 82 hectares and is expected to include warehouses, office space, retail facilities, accommodation, truck services and supporting infrastructure for freight operators.
