About this project
This project entails the construction of a 1 gigawatt (GW) utility‑scale wind power station with integrated energy storage systems in the Pavlodar region near the city of Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan. 4 billion kWh of renewable electricity annually, significantly enhancing Kazakhstan’s renewable share in the national energy mix and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by an estimated ≈2 million tonnes of CO₂ per year once operational.
